Weight Watchers Chicken Rich Dish Recipe:
For this recipe you will need to have on hand:
6 ounces of rice (cooked and prepared)
36 ounces prepared cooked and diced up chicken flesh
1 cut up green pepper
1 cup of chopped celery
1 medium sized chopped onion
6 ounces of water chestnuts (can be omitted from the recipe if so chosen)
2 cans of Weight Watchers Cream of Mushroom Soup
¾ cup of Weight Watchers mayonnaise
Now that you have all of the ingredients listed above to be able to make this chicken recipe, you can learn how to make the chicken recipe up for consuming. 1 can of Weight Watchers tomato soup
1 can pinto beans
1 diced up onion
½ green pepper
1 garlic clove
½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
½ teaspoon Mrs. Dash
½ teaspoon paprika
Chili powder and other spices to taste (you decide what extras for your own recipe)

All you have to do for this recipe is combine all of the ingredients required for the chili recipe together into a large pot. Place on the stove top and cook on medium for one hour, then allow to simmer and cool the chili recipe you have made prior to serving up for dinner.
