Weight Training Workout - Fitness Weight Training

By Jason Taingahue
How would like a weight training workout? How about I tell you a little bit about fitness weight training and then give you a fitness weight training program as well? I f you have answered yes to both of these questions then I suggest you keep reading on and I will give you a weight training workout and a fitness weight training workout and explanation as well.

Let's take a look at a weight training work out first. A weight training workout can be defined as one who lifts weights for a give period of time. If you want a weight training workout, I have designed 2 for you to follow. The first weight training workout is for a beginner and the second weight training workout is for the more advanced lifted and these weight training workouts can be used by either men or women too.

Weight training workout for beginner
1 set of 10 repetitions Squat
1 set of 10 repetitions bench press
1 set of 10 repetitions leg curl
1 set of 10 repetitions chin up
1 set of 10 repetitions shoulder press
1 set of 10 repetitions bicep curls
2 sets of 10 repetitions crunches

This is a weight training workout for the beginner and should be followed by doing it on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for 4 weeks and then add one more set and do for another four weeks. This weight training workout was designed so that the beginner weight trainer can adapt to lifting weights. All the other days that are not mentioned are days that you rest.

Here is another weight training workout for the more advanced lifter.
MONDAY-Chest, triceps
TUESDAY-Back, biceps
WEDNESDAY-hamstrings and calves
THURSDAY-Rest
FRIDAY-shoulders
SATURDAY-Quads and abdominals
SUNDAY-Rest

This weight training workout is designed so that you can graduate from the beginner weight training workout to this more advanced one. This program is designed so that the body parts are split into separate days. Maximum effort is put into each session that is why each muscle is only worked once a week, so that there is appropriate enough rest until the next time they are to be trained.

What about fitness weight training? What is fitness weight training? Fitness weight training is one that you are using the weights to become fitter at a particular sport or just in general.

The best way to take on fitness weight training is through to take a circuit class. A circuit class is a series of weight training exercises that are set up at various stations. Each station has a very light weight to lift for a period of time until the exerciser hears a beep or a cue from the teacher to move to the next station. There are usually cards at each station that tell you what the exercise is and how to do the actual exercise too.

Fitness weight training using the circuit class is by far the most popular way of getting fit, using weights. Be sure to take a water bottle and a towel with you when doing this type of fitness weight training because you will definitely need the water to keep you hydrated and the towel to wipe of unwanted sweat from your fore head.

Fitness health training needs to be monitored as well, so get some regular fitness tests done to see what level you are at. This way you know how you progressed and you are able to tell weather or not you need to increase the intensity of this fitness weight training routine.

So what are you waiting for? Get to it and get fit, do it now, it wont come to you if you just sit there so get motivated. Good luck and happy training.
