Weight Training Tips - Free Weight Training Exercise
By Jason Taingahue Do you want one of my best weight training tips that you can use whenever you are in the weights room? Do you want a free weight training exercise that you can use in the gym too? If you have answered yes to both of these questions then read on and I will give you one of my best weight training tips and I will also give you a free weight training exercise too.
First of all let's take a look at one of my favorite weight training tips. One of the weight training tips that I am about to give to you is one that a lot of weight lifters like to follow religiously. Also with this being one of my favorite weight training tips that I am about to give you will earn you a little respect with your fellow exercisers in your gym too.
The weight training tip is about putting your weights away or helping someone else to put there weights away as well. To use this weight training tip all that you have to do is to put the weights away after you have finished using them. If you are strong enough to put them on the bar, then you are strong enough to take them off and there is nothing more frustrating then going to a machine or free weight and there are still weights on them because the last person didn't put them away. Especially if you are on a time limit and your rest periods are over. Also in this weight training tip you can help others that look like they are frustrated form someone who hasn't put there weights away. Especially if they are a little and weaker person that has to remove heaps of weights off a machine or free weight because the last person was to lazy to do this themselves.
Now that we have covered one of the very serious weight training tips, how about a free weight training exercise. What is a free weight training exercise first? A free weight training exercise is one where a task is given to move a particular weight from start to finish of the movement. I am going to give you a free weight training exercise that is the best free weight training exercise for the whole leg. There is no other free weight training exercise that is better than the squat. The squat is the most superior of any free weight training exercise.
To do a squat we duck under the squat bar and take it at about a shoulder width apart and use our hands on the outsides of the bar for support. Once we have the squat bar on our shoulders, we then slowly squat down to just before parallel with the floor and then raise the bar back up. While we are doing this movement, we are keeping the back straight and contracting the abdominal muscles so that we have some support for the lower back. There is no other exercise in the whole body that uses several muscles at one time like the squat does. You are using all the leg muscles and the abdominal muscles and also the back muscle are being contracted to help with stabilization as well.
Well I hope that one of the favorites of my weight training tips that I gave you helps you in your gym and I also hope that you add the free weight training exercise to your workout as well, especially if you want big, strong and powerful legs that will be used for driving purposes for any sports or even for work if you have a physical job that require brute leg strength. Try it, its fun once you adapt, I can assure you that.
And one of my other tips that I can give you is to believe in yourself when you are training, that is one of the great tips that you can use when looking for one of the more influential tips.
