Weight Training Exercise - Free Weight Training Routine

Let's take a look at a weight training exercise. I will give you my favorite weight training exercise that I use and then I will even give you a free weight training routine to follow as well.
A weight training exercise is an exercise that you do using a given weight and moving it from one position to the next. A weight training exercise has a positive or concentric contraction and a negative or eccentric contraction. An example of this is to take a look at the bicep curl. When we are raising the weight in the bicep curl, this is shortening the muscle while contracting and this is known as the concentric or positive contraction. When we are lowering the weight we are extending the muscle, which is called the negative or eccentric contraction. These are 2 important factors that we need to know about a weight training exercise.
The next thing that we need to look at when using a weight training exercise is to make sure that any weight training exercise that we are doing is safe. To make the move safe, ask a trainer or a health professional before you actually do that movement.
Here is my favorite weight training exercise, it's the bench press and this is the technique that we use to do this weight training exercise. First of all when doing this weight training exercise lie flat on the bench and then grip the bar shoulder width apart. Before making the lift, contract the abdominals and push the lower back into the bench. This is for support of the lower back. Next have the legs in the air and crossed like you are sitting down, this is for support as well. When you lift the weight of the bench rack, breathe in as you go down and on the return breathe out.
Now that we have take a brief look into what a weight training exercise is, how about we take a look at a free weight training routine? What is free weight training routine? A free weight training routine is a set of tasks that make up a particular program using weights as the primary mover.
One free weight training routine may differ from another free weight training routine; it really depends on the specifics of what you are actually lifting the weights for. I have designed a free weight training routine for the average person that just wants to lift weights. This free weight training routine can be manipulated to suit the needs of each individual as well.
Free weight training routine.
MONDAY-Bench press, shoulder press, tricep pushdown
WEDNESDAY-Squat, leg press, leg curl, calf raises
FRIDAY-Chin ups, rows, Bicep curls, preacher curls, crunches
That is an example of a free weight training routine that anyone can follow. It's pretty easy and straight to the point of what to do on each day of the week. The days that are not included are rest days and no exercise should be done on those days at all.
There are three main things to remember if you want to succeed with any free weight training routine and that is to have a stable diet with minimal saturated fats in it, have a good weights training program and trainer and have plenty of sleep, at least 8-10 hours a night.
