Weight Loss Exercise Program - Weight Loss Exercise Plan

Do you want to lose weight? You probably need a weight loss exercise program and a weight loss exercise plan don't you? Well if you have answered yes to all these questions, then read on and I will show you a weight loss exercise programme and then I will explain to you about a weight loss exercise plan. The plan is the most important part of any weight loss program.

There are all sorts of different types of weight loss exercise programs, but of importance to people that want a weight loss program is a cardiovascular program. A cardiovascular programme is one that raises your heart rate. The raise in heart rate gives you an indication of what training zone you are in. Interval training at various intensities is the best program for weight loss. Let's take a look at a couple of weight loss programs then. Below I am going to show you 2 different types of weight loss programs. They are different in approach, but both have the desired results of weight loss if followed properly

Program 1 for weight loss
Warm up
Stretch
Walk and jog for 20-30 minutes or bike slowly and then fast for 20-30 minutes. Anything that can give the heart rate a little rise
Warm down
Stretch

Program 2
Any aerobics class in a gym is good for weight loss as well because of the varying intensities.

While doing a weight loss program a warm up is a general increase in physical activity to such a stage that the body is prepared for the main part of our routine.

The warm down does the complete opposite of the warm up and brings the body back to a normal state.

Stretches are needed to increase the range of motion in any given joint. This enables the muscle to be able to move in any direction in a fuller direction.

Now we must take a look at our weight loss exercise plan. We have a weight loss exercise programme and a brief understanding on to follow a weight loss programme and now all that we really need to do now are to form a weight loss exercise plan.

A weight loss exercise plan will tell us where what sort of programme we are following and also track our progress, both in the diet and in the exercise routine that we choose to follow.

To start an exercise weight loss plan we need a pen and a paper and then we will write out everything that we are going to achieve on this plan. Also on the weight loss exercise plan write out small goals that lead up to a primary goal. Like say for instance you want to lose so much weight in a period of time. Narrow the period down with a smaller goal of losing a bit of weight. And use the goals setting for all of your exercises and you can also use the goal setting for your diet as well.

Make sure that the piece of paper that you are writing your weight loss exercise plan on also has how much you weigh and also make sure that it has your current level of fitness on there too.

The main idea of a weight loss exercise plan is to keep a track of progress. I mean imagine coming back to the programme after say about 6 months and thinking I have achieved some good goals, but I don't remember what they were because I never had a weight loss exercise plan and never recorded everything that I did. Plan it, its something that will benefit you and using a plan on in all aspects of your life is a wise choice as well.

Well try out these methods. They are really easy to follow and of course, a lot of fun.
