I have a few stress relief tips I can share with you. But bear in mind you can also use your imagination and come up with your own stress relief tips. The first relief tip that is very successful for stress relief, is heading out for a simple walk. Going for a walk can be very relaxing and will more often than not clear your head and make you feel refreshed. You can try some of these other tips for stress relief if you feel you need to relieve stress from your life.
Drinking a cold glass of water with a slice of lemon floating in it is a very refreshing tip for stress relief. While you are drinking your lemon induced water, take small mouthfuls and breathe in and out slowly while doing so. This will aid in stress relief.
Eat an orange very slowly. Tip: Citrus is very good for stress relief.
Have a bubble bath and relax. A favored tip for a bubble bath, is to include dimmed lighting and/or candles. You will feel an instant relief of stress using this enjoyable tip.
Try having a nap to relieve your stress. However I will give you a tip on how to have a nap quietly to help with stress relief. Make sure you have a nap when there is no-one else around to distract or disturb you.
A prevention tip for stress, is to plan. If you plan appropriately, the possibility of stress over coming you should be reduced.

Prevention is a good start to managing stress, and hopefully if you use techniques to prevent stress, you will not have to seek tips and techniques to give yourself stress relief.

Stress Relaxation Techniques:
There are a variety of stress relaxation techniques, so I will cover some of these for you. When you feel like you are stressed over something and feel you need techniques to help you cope with the relief of stress, learn to relax with some EASY to do techniques. However when you use these stress relaxation techniques, always bear in mind you have to, at the same time eliminate the cause of the stress.

Some stress relaxation techniques involve either being by yourself or in fact attending a sort of class or workshop, such as yoga. Yoga is a very good stress relaxation technique, one of which you can do alone or in fact attend a workshop and do with others. Some stress relief techniques are best achieved with others.

Another useful technique used for stress relaxation is hypnosis, however it has not been proven that this is completely successful for all who opt to use this as their chosen stress relaxation technique. You have to be objective and open to let the hypnosis stress relaxation technique work for you. You could also try using relaxation music tapes as your chosen stress relaxation technique. This form of stress relaxation technique can be very successful and often works for many. You can play these in the comfort of your own home and even in your office at work if you begin to feel stress creep in.

These are a couple of stress relaxation techniques that you can place into action when you begin to feel stress enter your life at any given time. There are of course more stress relaxation techniques around, so maybe you can do a little research and see what sort of relaxation techniques you can find for relieving stress.
