Would you like to learn a stress relief exercise and a few stress relief techniques? If you have answered yes to both of these questions then read on and I will tell you a stress relief exercise and a few stress relief techniques as well.

First of all lets take a look at the meaning of the word stress. Stress can come in many forms and can really get a person down. If we do not have a stress relief exercise or a few stress relief techniques that we can use to counter our stressful times then we may be in for a bit of trouble.

Here is a stress relief exercise that you can use for yourself just in case the time arises to apply such an exercise. For this stress relief exercise all that we need to do is get a pen and a paper. Write down one of the most stressful things that has happened to you in your life. The next thing that we want to do for this stress relief exercise is to write down a few things that you like, for example if you like playing the guitar or like to train really hard by punching a boxing bag then write this down. Another good one for this stress relief exercise is that you may like sex. Now the reason that we have written these things down is because as soon as one of the stressful times in our life arises we have a list of things that we can do straight away or as soon as possible. This is what we call stress relief and this stress relief exercise is very good for putting you back into a normal state of mind.

Now that we have taken a stress relief exercise how about we take a look at a couple of stress relief techniques. I will give you a couple of stress relief techniques that you can use on your self if you fell that you need too. You can even show these stress relief techniques to your friends if you want to as well.

The first of the stress relief techniques that I am going to show is one where all that you need is yourself and your concentration. If you feel that you are in a bad position or situation then just walk away and close your eyes somewhere quiet and think about absolutely nothing. Close your eyes off from everything and basically just float into nowhere. Stress relief techniques like this one take a bit of practice so if you are going to use some stress relief techniques like this you have to be patient.

Another of the stress relief techniques that I can show you only requires a pen and a paper as well. Write down a stress that you have seen in the last couple of days that someone else has had. Because this is not your stressful situation you are given a different perspective in exploring this stress and should have a clearer mind on how you would counter such a stress, should a stress like this come into your life at some stage.

Well there go a couple of stress relief techniques that you can use so go ahead and give them a try or even try and make some of your own stress relief techniques up as you gain more knowledge on the subject of stress relief techniques and also on the subject on a stress relief exercise as well.

Just be sure to make the stress relief exercise or the stress relief techniques as easy to follow as possible.
