Once the mind is clear and free from ramble and congestive ness, it has room to 'breathe' (so to speak) and be taught through self hypnosis something more to believe in and have faith in. Under the power of self hypnosis your mind will feel the inner strength you have to in fact be able to gain the weight loss lose you drastically want to gain, but maybe have not been able to.
