Physical Symptoms of Stress:
There are a few physical symptoms of stress that can be quite noticeable. But you have to be constantly aware that stress is a major issue for some and give anyone at any time some form of grief. As I mentioned there are a few physical symptoms of stress. These physical symptoms of stress can range from mild physical symptoms to more severe physical symptoms. Trouble sleeping can be a physical symptom of stress. However with this physical symptom of stress, you have to evaluate what else is going on around you. You could just be rather busy at present, so therefore not getting as much sleep as you would be normally getting. Back, shoulder or neck ache are also physical symptoms of possibly having stress. Other symptoms include:
Migraine headaches
Constipation
Diarrhea
Weight gain or weight loss
Hair loss
Fatigue
High blood pressure
Palpitations
Chest pain
Cold hands or feet
Sweaty palms or hands
Jaw pain
Growth inhibition
These are just some of the physical symptoms that can point to stress. However, do not be automatically thinking that because you may suffer from some of these symptoms you are stressed or need medical attention. If you suffer from quite a few of these symptoms, I do suggest you seek medical assistance and gain some further advice and help from within this profession. If it is not stress you have symptoms of, you are more than likely to have symptoms of something else that needs medical attention or a diagnosis.
