Muscle Building Routine - Muscle Building Program

By Jason Taingahue
Do you want a muscle building routine and a muscle building program? If you have answered yes to both of these questions then read on and I will give you a muscle building routine and a muscle building program.

Let's take a look at a muscle building routine first. What is a muscle building routine? A muscle building routine is a routine that helps you to build the kind of muscle that a lot us find attractive in appearance. A muscle building routine can be specific and is usually done by a trained professional too.

A muscle building routine that may suit others, may not suit you for various reasons such as the length of the workout or it could be because there are some exercises in the routine that you may not like. All these factors are taken into consideration before undertaking a muscle building routine. Anther important factor or the most important factor that we must look at when setting up a muscle building routine is that we need to know if there are any health problems that may affect you doing specific kinds of exercises. Or any of the major health problems such as asthma, bad sinuses and epilepsy that need some attention before under going any type of muscle building program.

One last thing that we must know about any muscle building routine is technique when lifting any kind of weight on a muscle building routine. Technique must come first. Never sacrifice good technique in order to lift a heavier weight. The key to putting on muscle is a good technique to follow. Any good trainer or health professional will be able to show you some good weight lifting techniques so that you can build that lean muscle.

Now that we have had a look at some of the key factors of a muscle building routine, how about we take a look at a muscle building program. First of all what is a muscle building program? A muscle building program is an over all look at muscle building and the key factors are training, diet and rest.

We must rest at least 8-10 hours a night on a muscle building program and we must follow a strict training and eating program too. Rest helps us to recover our body from any stresses that it has been put through with in your daily routine.

The muscle building program must contain at least 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. This is the required amount of protein that is needed on any muscle building program. Also on a muscle building program we must have a good balance of carbohydrates as well because they help to transport the protein into the muscle cells for growth.

For training on a muscle building program we must have a weight training routine that we can follow and we must also have a sufficient amount of days off before training a particular body part again. For major body parts such as the chest, back and shoulders 72 hours is enough time. For smaller body parts like the biceps and the triceps 48 hours is enough time.

With the combination of the three main ingredients that I mentioned above which are rest training and diet we can create a good muscle building program and even use it to train others if sufficient enough research has been done on the particular subject of a muscle building program.

Just be sure to have fun while you are training as it makes your muscle building routine and your muscle building program more enjoyable while you are doing them.
