Insomnia Sleep Disorder - Sleep Disorder Remedy

Insomnia sleep disorder is major lack of sleep and the inability to sleep. Insomnia Sleep Disorder:
Insomnia sleep disorder is a sleeping pattern problem, or should I say major lack of sleep and the inability to sleep, even if you feel you should be sleeping. There are a range of insomnia sleep disorders. These can range from Apnea to night sweats. There are in fact over 100 insomnia sleep disorder conditions.
There is a clinical meaning of insomnia sleep disorder. Insomnia sleep disorder is a disruptive pattern of sleep that may include difficulties in getting to sleep or staying asleep at inappropriate times. Insomnia sleep disorder can also mean excessive sleep times, or behaviors that are not seen as 'normal' at sleep times.
However there are 4 levels or group of insomnia sleep disorder, and each of these groups of insomnia sleep disorder hold their own unique effects and are all caused by varying things and situations. These four groups are:
Insomnia
Hypersomnia
Sleep disruptive disorder
Basic problems relating to normal sleep patterns
There are a few symptoms of insomnia sleep disorder that you can observe to see if you have in fact got. These basic symptoms of insomnia sleep disorder are:
Tiredness
Snoring
Depression
Anxiety
Lower leg twitches during sleep
Some of these symptoms of insomnia sleep disorder may be able to let you know whether you yourself may be suffering from an insomnia sleep disorder.
Insomnia Sleep Disorder remedies:
There are a few remedies for insomnia sleep disorder. Even some of these remedies have been designed by everyday people I from their own homes. Some of these remedies have proven to be a successful remedy for certain individuals. Maybe some of these home based insomnia sleep disorder remedies will in fact become a remedy for your own insomnia sleep disorder if you have insomnia.
A home remedy for insomnia sleep disorder which can also be very enjoyable, and yet relaxing (which is what we are trying to do to remedy insomnia sleep disorder - become relaxed) is to: have a small meal before the sun sets, then after two hours run a lukewarm bath. Relax in the lukewarm water you have prepared your bath with. After you have bathed and become more relaxed, place yourself in bed with the soothing sounds of droning instruments playing while you settle in for a good sleep. This remedy can be applied by anyone who appears to suffer from insomnia sleep disorder.
Other remedies for insomnia sleep disorder may include:
A drop of a nursing mothers milk in each nostril is thought to be a successful remedy.
Rinse your eyes with rosewater and then add a drop of clarified butter - keep your eyes closed and try going to sleep.
A very simple, yet apparently effective remedy for insomnia sleep disorder, is to brush your hair before going to bed.
Massage your feet, calves, neck, shoulders.
If you have a loving partner, try some sensual sexual intercourse.
Those are all home based remedies for insomnia sleep disorder. I have a few more possible remedies to cure or alleviate insomnia sleep disorder, some of which can be done at home and some of which cannot be.
These remedies include:
Drink warm milk before going to sleep
Drink a cup of herbal tea (this is in fact a very good remedy for helping with insomnia sleep disorder)
Avoid alcohol, caffeine and tobacco
Sleep in a well ventilated room
Sleep on a good firm bed
Get some physical exercise during the day
If you cannot sleep - it is suggested you get up and do something
Sleep on your back
Do not sleep in too late in the morning
Avoid naps
There are quite a few remedies you can apply to try to successfully reduce or eliminate any insomnia sleep disorder you may have, however if you have tried many of these remedies and you still find you have insomnia sleep disorder, I suggest you schedule an appointment with your family doctor and get some more advice on how you can remedy your insomnia sleep disorder.
