Let's take a look at a free weight training workout first. What is a free weight training workout and where can I find one? A free weight training workout is in the first instance "Free" and secondly it is a selection of exercises using weights that are to be done in any one exercise session. A place that you can find a free weight training workout would be fitness magazines or on the internet or in some cases even at your local gym.

This free weight training workout can be for anyone from a beginner to a more advanced weight lifter as well. A free weight training workout like this one is designed so that the body parts are trained twice a week and there are also sufficient enough rest days in between each session.

So if you use this free weight training workout then just manipulate it so that it suits your own individual needs.

Now that we have had a look at a free weight training workout, what about a free weight training program? What is a free weight training program? A free weight training program is a group of weight training exercises that are completed in any given training session.

Let's take a look at a free weight training program. Here is a free weight training program for you to use or for you to just get an idea of what one looks like.

MONDAY-light weights-upper body
WEDNESDAY-Medium weights-lower body
FRIDAY-Heavy weights-upper body

This is an example of a free weight training program. The intensity levels are beside each day, along with the body parts that are to be worked on in that exercise session as well.
This free weight training program is designed so that there isn't maximum intensity in all the workouts, but just enough so that you can recover for the next workout. A free weight training program like this one would also include rest breaks between each set of exercises, which can range between 1-2 minutes each exercise.

One last thing that I can tell you about a free exercise program is to keep it written down or print one out and keep a record of what you are doing if you decide to follow the free weight training program and include it in your every day life. There is nothing worse then trying to remember what weights you were lifting in a certain exercise routine because you forgot to record everything. So be sure to keep copies of your free weigh training programs that you follow in a folder and somewhere that you can pull them out at another stage later on in your life once you have finished the required training.
