By Jason Taingahue
How would you like a free weight lifting program? I can give you a free weight lifting program and a little insight on how a free weight lifting program works? I will also give you a little insight into a weight lifting workout program too.

When ever you hear the word "Free", jump at it and take a look. I mean the worse thing that can happen is that you don't like it. On the other hand though if you do like what you see then observe and take in the knowledge that you have just gained because after all it is all free.

The weight lifting program that I am about to give you now is free, so if you have limited knowledge or are just plain nosy and want to see what this free weight lifting program is all about then what are you waiting for, just take a look at it below.

Free weight lifting program

MONDAY- Bench press-4 sets 1-6 repetitions
WEDNESDAY-Squats-4 sets 1-6 repetitions
FRIDAY-Deadlifts-4 sets of 1-6 repetitions

As you can see there are very limited exercises on this free weight lifting program and that is because the weight that we are going to use will be more then sufficient enough for the intensity of the actual routine. This free weight lifting program is for power lifters and should be done for no more than 6 weeks prior to competition. You can also use one other set of light exercises for each body part for a warm up before commencing into the main part of the free workout.

Now that we have taken a look at a free weight lifting program, how about we take a little look at what a weight lifting workout program is? So what is a weight lifting workout program anyway? A weight lifting workout program can be described, as a program that is designed to suit an individuals needs using weights.

Anyone can use a weight lifting workout program, all they need to do is go to the appropriate sources to get one. Some of the sources that you can use to get a weight lifting workout program could be magazines or a friend that knows what they are talking about or the most reliable a health and fitness professional. At least with a health and fitness professional your weight lifting workout program is going to be reliable, and also with a health and fitness professional they usually do a screening test before they give you a weight lifting workout program so that they can adjust the program in case of injuries, mental health problems, work commitments and things like that.

A weight lifting workout program can also be designed for people that have just started out in weight training or for the more advanced lifter as well. The benefits of a weight lifting workout program are limitless. Increased fitness, increased strength and motivation, increased muscle tone and many more that could be listed.

It really does come down to what you want to do with your weight lifting workout program and how hard you want to train to achieve your goals.
Just remember this one last thing that I am going to tell you about a weight lifting workout program is that if you believe that you can do it, then you can. If you don't think that you can do it, then you are setting yourself up for failure. Even if there is something that may be too hard for you, write it out and set up little steps towards achieving this goal, this kind of goal setting can be used for anything too.
