What is an employee motivational article and what is an employee motivational program? Just keep on reading and I will tell you what an employee motivational article is and I will also tell you what an employee motivational program is too.

An employee motivational article is an article that has been written in a magazine or on the internet about motivation in the work place or motivation for the employee. The article may indicate key points to successfully tried motivation methods that you can use in the work place and it may even have a motivational article that could have a story of a recent employee who made some significant benefits from a particular employee motivation article.

An employee motivation article would be good to put in a work place where everyone can read it so that it hopefully can get some motivation into them selves as well, especially if they have been at the same job year in and year out. Those long time stayers at work places need an article every week if at all possible. These kinds of employee's are ones that you want too keep because of there dedication to there work.

Another way that we can look at an employee motivational article is to write one about a particular employee yourself. Even if you are not the boss, in your own time you can write an employee motivational article for someone that you think deserves one and then you can give them the article. Make sure that if you are using this idea to do it in your own time and give it to the employee in your own time as well. If you really want to show your boss the article to give your boss some ideas then you can show them as well.

So what about an employee motivation program? I believe that every work place should have one of these. Give the workers some sort of incentive, like for instance if you are working on a farm. Have a motivation program that indicates when you sell a certain number of sheep; your employer will give a bonus or a days leave. Another way is to treat your employees to a lunch shout or evening something small like a morning tea shout.

Whatever the employee motivation program, the key to any employee motivation program is incentive. Incentive is a big word that employee's love to hear and with an incentive the motivation levels like to rise to the challenge of accomplishing an incentive goal.

Another way to look at an employee motivation program is to get all your staff into a meeting and sit them down and brain storm then into finding some sensible company incentives for motivation purposes. Most of the motivation program techniques will be one where it benefits both the employer and the employee and of course the most important aspect of all of this is to keep the customer happy as well.

The last thing that I can tell you in your quest to design an employee motivation program is where possible. Make sure that it is fun for the employees and use some of there input into the ideas that go into an employee motivation program too, that way they will feel that it is not solely dominated by the employer. A good balance keeps up good relationships with workers too. So be sure to take all of these things into consideration as well when making up an employee motivation program.
