Building Muscle Fast - Muscle Building Exercise
By Jason Taingahue Do you want to build muscle fast? Do you also want a muscle building exercise that will help you to build that muscle fast? If you answered yes to both of these questions then read on and I will explain to you some methods on building muscle fast and give you some muscle building exercises to go with it.
If you want to learn about building muscle fast then the first place that we must look is at the diet. That is right, when building muscle fast, the main factor in all diets when building muscle fast is protein. Protein is the nutrient in the diet that is responsible for building muscle fast and without protein we wouldn't be able to build muscle at all.
How protein works is that it is released into the muscles as amino acids and is then released into broken down muscle tissue to start repairing the muscle after it has been broken down through weight training. Another way to look at it is imagine that an earthquake struck and some repair men have come into the town to fix up the damage the earthquake has made. This is exactly how protein works and building muscle fast requires at least 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. These are some of the main sources of protein foods that you can get, egg whites, chicken, lean beef, lentil beans and tuna or fish. Those foods that I have just named get an A PLUS for protein foods and are at the top of the protein chain.
Now that we have learnt how we can be building muscle fast, we can now take a look at the exercises. So let's take a look at a muscle building exercise for each major and minor body part
Squats- Squats are the best over all compound exercise. Compound being an exercise that covers a whole area. The squat develops the whole leg when done correctly. Use this as one of your best muscle building exercises, because it is just that, a fantastic muscle building exercise.
Bench press-the bench press is the same as the squat. A great compound exercise which works the chest and the triceps. This muscle building exercise is one of the best upper body exercises ever.
Bicep curl-the bicep is what we call a minor muscle, but also needs attention too. This muscle building exercise can help you get those good looking toned arms if done correctly. I know you would like those arms, I have already got them.
Shoulder press-The shoulder press is another good muscle building exercise and is another great compound movement. This muscle building exercise targets the rear, front and medial or side shoulders or deltoids and it also targets the triceps as well.
Chin up-The chin up is the best muscle building exercise for the back. You use your own weight and then when it gets to easy, you can tie a weight to your waist and use that as some assistance. The chin up is a good compound exercise and pre-exhausts the biceps too. Which means that the best time to work the biceps is straight after the chin ups or use your biceps in a back routine as well.
Well those muscle building exercises are the best for there body part. I would use them all in a gym routine if I wanted to be building muscle fast.
